BioWheels to Lead Mtn Bike Rides for Southern Appalachian Forest Coalition

In honor of Roadless Recreation Week as proclaimed by NC Governor, Bev Perdue, the SAFC is putting on outdoor recreation events that showcase our awesome forest land.

BioWheels will help lead 2 mountain bike rides in some of Pisgah National Forest’s premier roadless areas to raise awareness for the need of undisturbed forests for recreation.

You can go “All Out for Our Forests” just by showing up for one of our rides.

Thursday, August 12 @ 6:00 pm – Daniel Ridge Trailhead

Saturday, August 14 @ 10 am -  Laurel Mtn Trailhead (Yellow Gap)

Please RSVP, so we know to expect you:  safcjody@gmail.com
